What Makes These Workouts Different

The classes follow my "5-Step Isometric Method" progressive approach, which focuses on:

  • Bodyweight → resistance-based progression

  • Stability, muscle activation, and load tolerance

  • Rehab-friendly options that respect joint limitations

Workout Details

  • Length: 15–30 minutes

  • Recommendation: One video per day

  • Start with the Isometric workouts

Optional equipment:

  • Small sponge ball or pillow

  • Yoga block

  • Dumbbells (5–15 lbs)

  • Chair

All workouts can also be done bodyweight-only.
